Eye Exams
Most of us take our eyesight for granted until something like diminishing sight motivates us to have a vision exam. But did you know that most eye and vision problems have no obvious signs or symptoms? As a result, individuals are often unaware that problems exist. Most vision loss can be easily corrected with glasses, lenses or vision therapy.
LASIK Screening Exams
Can you imagine a life without reaching for your glasses to see in the morning or without squinting to see without your contact lenses? More than a million people each year give up these daily struggles and make the decision to have laser vision correction.
Prescreening and post-operative care for refractive laser eye surgery is performed in our office through our partnerships with Sightline Laser Eye Center and Clear Choice Laser Eye Center.
Vision Therapy
We all learn and develop through activities that provide experience about outcomes and consequences. Often these under the guided direction of teachers, coaches, therapists and mentors who are appropriately experienced. Without support, direction and feedback, our progress in developing a skillful performance is more haphazard.
Like most other human abilities, our skill in processing visual information efficiently and effectively can improve with the appropriate exercises and feedback. Because the visual process is so pervasive in human behavior, vision therapy is best provided with the active involvement of an appropriately trained optometrist.
iWellness Exams
The iWellness is the first OCT product that offers digital retina and cornea scans. These scans reveal sight threatening diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and others, which generally have no outward signs or symptoms in early stages.
